Our Origins
GRECI BAKERY was born from the acquisition of a small production unit, a bakery in the Verona area, founded by the Tacconi family, where the smell of bread has been in the air since 1947 and where the passion for this ancient craft has been passed on.
What We Do
We produce bakery products for professional catering.
The quality of the ingredients and the artisanal production techniques handed down from generation to generation transform simple elements such as flour, yeast and salt into products with high added value.
We offer a wide range of products: chilled and frozen pizza bases, traditional handmade breadsticks, iced rolls for stuffing and snacks for the breadbasket.
A highly service-oriented proposal to extend and differentiate menus with new doughs, optimising processing times and costs without the need to invest in staff and professional equipment.
A Culture of Quality
All the doughs are carefully worked by hand, from the design to the shaping of the pizza bases and the ironing of the bread sticks, respecting the correct rising times at controlled temperatures to offer a product of the highest quality.
Our recipes are free from colourings, artificial flavours, alcohol and hydrogenated fats.
They are perfect for classic and gourmet preparations, fragrant and digestible, thanks to the use of sourdough, a rising time of more than 24 hours and the use of the indirect method with biga.
